Description: 

The Board is seeking a qualified company to provide security and fire monitoring at all GECDSB locations indicated in this tender and as amended during the term of this Agreement. The Board operates 50 elementary school buildings, 10 secondary schools, 3 JK-12 schools, 1 adult education school, 2 administration buildings, 1 temporary office site and 6 vacant buildings.  The Board buildings are currently monitored for both fire and security alarms and all active buildings are ULC Certified with active alarm monitoring over IP addresses .
