The Vendor shall provide a complete hazardous waste management service, including trained personnel, regulatory documentation, waste characterization and packaging, transportation to approved disposal facilities, environmentally responsible disposal, scheduled and on-demand collection services, replacement containers, and all records required to demonstrate compliance with applicable legislation and Board requirements.
